Smoothest user experience

MCS was engineered focusing on the final user experience, requiring no action or know how from the user. User simply has to:

• 1. Download and install Mirial Softphone from a web page with a single click (only the first time)
• 2. Run Mirial Softphone
• 3. Log in using credentials provided by the service provider and start enjoying VoIP or visual communication.

No configuration activities from the user are needed since all configuration settings are defined and provisioned remotely by the MCS.

Carrier grade

Mirial designs and engineers technologies targeted to carrier grade deployments. The MCS implements specific functionalities for fault-tolerant and scalable cluster configurations up to tens of thousands concurrent users, service monitoring via SNMP and comprehensive CDR generation.

Full remote management

All Mirial Softphone configuration settings are defined and provisioned remotely by the MCS. Administrator is able to create different user groups with different profiles. MCS enables:

• Remote configuration of any specific parameter regarding network configuration, GUI appearance and Mirial Softphone behaviour (e.g. hide network configuration to the final user, define allowed bitrates, ...)
