PSE Video Answering Machine is one of the packaged video applications built on the PSE Media Server available from Mirial DMD. This Video Mail solution, like a telephone answering machine or voicemail system, provides customizable greetings and records incoming caller's messages - all with the added impact of video.

IP and 3G Networks

Mirial PSE Video Answering Machine can be deployed in IP (H.323, SIP) and 3G (H.324M) networks.

Multichannel capabilities

In a 3G scenario, the MMS support enables the use of the PSE VAM service by both 3G and 2G subscribers. The service will allow callers on the 3G network to record a short video message when the person they phone is unavailable. The message is then sent to the person as a short video MMS message, allowing both 3G and 2G users to receive it.
Mirial Video Mail solution is accessible via H.323 or SIP endpoints, 3G mobile phones via simple Circuit Switch Videocall, wap or web navigation.
Moreover, subscribers have several ways to be notified of incoming messages according to their personal preferences: via SMS, MMS, WAP push or via e-mail (containing the first frame or the whole videomessage as an attachment).
