PSE Video Portal is one of the packaged video applications built on the PSE Media Server available from Mirial. This Video Portal, like a telephone Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, provides fully customizable navigation trees and menues - all with the added impact of video.

IP and 3G Networks

Mirial PSE Video Portal can be deployed in IP (H.323, SIP) and 3G (H.324M) networks.

External connections

PSE Video Portal supports external video sources via the RTSP protocol (eg: the streaming of a traffic webcam can be associated to a specific option of the video ivr tree). Moreover, PSE Video Portal includes the Video Call Tunnelling feature, allowing the bridging of interactive session to external endpoints such as video operators or help desk (eg: "Press 3 to start a live videocall with an operator").

Fully customizable

PSE Video Portal allows full navigation trees and content management via an intuitive and comprehensive web based Control Panel. It supports the most commonly used media formats (such as WMV, BMP, PNG, WMV, etc) and hides all complexities to the administrator.
